Logistics Officer – Larnaca – Competitive Package
We are supporting a company in expanding their team with the addition of a Logistics Officer based in Larnaca.
This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day coordination of logistics operations and ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting efficient international operations.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics operations and shipments
-Communicate with suppliers, customers, transport providers, and other logistics partners
-Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate execution
-Prepare, organise, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
-Track shipments and provide updates regarding delivery status
-Assist with resolving any issues or delays related to shipments and deliveries
-Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant logistics information
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
-Support administrative activities related to logistics and international trade
-Assist with other logistics and operational tasks as required
Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of professional experience
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
-Good command of English
The following will be considered an advantage:
-Educational background or experience in Logistics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
-Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or international trade
