SMO Careers is hiring on behalf of a client, a Software Development and Consulting firm, seeking a Software Developer to join their team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining software applications while participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will work within an established development team and contribute to building reliable and innovative software solutions used by professional services organizations.
Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain software solutions used by Financial Institutions and Law Firms
-Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including development, delivery, and support
-Write and maintain code using Angular, HTML, CSS, C#, SQL, and ASP.NET
-Collaborate with an experienced development team to design and implement software solutions
-Contribute to system architecture, database design, and application performance improvements
-Troubleshoot and resolve software issues while maintaining system reliability
-Support continuous improvement of software products and development practices
Requirements
-Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
-Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
-Good understanding of web development environments
-Knowledge of database schema design principles
-Understanding of design patterns and software architecture concepts
-Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
-Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and spoken)
Additional Skills Considered an Advantage
-Experience building cloud-based web applications
-Experience with .NET Core and Angular
-Experience with systems administration or cloud infrastructure administration
