Multimedia Designer – Nicosia – Competitive Package
We are supporting our client in expanding their Marketing team with the addition of a Multimedia Designer.
This role focuses on creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, including social media, campaigns, presentations, video, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
-Design digital and print assets across the brand, including social media graphics, banners, email creatives, presentations, brochures, and event materials
-Create and adapt content for social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, with formats tailored to each channel
-Produce short-form video and motion graphics for campaigns, product launches, and organic social content
-Edit and post-produce video content, including subtitles, transitions, sound, and colour
-Work closely with the marketing team on campaign concepts and translate them into visual ideas
-Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all content
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines
-Keep up to date with design and content trends, bringing fresh ideas into creative output
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years' experience in a multimedia, graphic, or digital design role
-A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media work (portfolio is required with the application)
-Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
-Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition
-Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail
-Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
-Hands-on experience creating content specifically for social media platforms, with an understanding of what performs on each platform
-Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects or similar)
-Experience with video editing and sound design
-Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar collaborative tools
-Basic photography or videography skills
-Experience in financial services, fintech, iGaming, real estate, or similar industries
